There are few things I can’t live without, but parmesan cheese is definitely one of them. I applaud my vegan friends who have the discipline to give it up, but that’s no longer necessary, as Sister River Foods’ new brand Parma! transforms the vegan cheese category.

Parma! is sold in 3.5 and 7 oz bottles and comes in multiple varieties, including Original Parma!, which features a cheesy umami flavor; Better Than Bacon Parma!, which incorporates a smoky bacon flavor; Chipotle Cayenne Parma!, which resembles the smoky flavor and kick of a traditional barbecue chip; and Garlicky Green Parma!, which combines kelp, pumpkin, and sesame seeds with an irresistible Italian herb flavor.
